Delivery boys, cycles, pets can be mandated to use service lifts - 3 Club houses (sports block, main clubhouse, Commercial block - bank, saloon etc). This will be a USP. - EV charging for each flat parking (though the builder is yet to confirm) - Temperature controlled pool - Landscaping, water bodies, fountains. Aparna Landscaping will be like resort. This will be USP. - Full Football ground - Pet park Points of concern: - Only 4 passenger lifts per block for G+32 floors. (Nowadays in new projects, 8 to 10 passenger lifts per block and 2 service lifts are common). Expect delays - Balcony is small compared to Myhome Avatar and other projects. Balcony parapet railing is traditional metal railing looking dull. Should have been SS railing with Glass. - Open Drainage Nala abutting the project compound wall. - Open Drainage Nala view from balcony for many blocks - Bedrooms appears to be small even for the largest flat of 2257 sft - Bathrooms appears to be small - Corridor width is small. With common problem in all apartments like Cycles in Corridors and shoe racks, it will be further congested - Corridors, couldn't feel that much natural lighting. So lights may have to be on in Corridors even day time. Leading to power consumption. - 3bhk car parking..2 are back to back. Hence you can't park two vehicles at a time.
