I recently visited my completed apartment in Auro Regent and overall, I had a positive experience. The defects pointed out were rectified by their team. The location itself is easily accessible and lot of open spaces. Waiting to shift as quickly as possible.

Location is the only factor that’s positive for this project! But the team is worst. The CRM says bribing in registration office is normal and we are supposed to pay 8000 for getting our flat registered. And they made false promises of superior quality project but in reality, only price is premium! There are lot of hidden charges which are not part of AOS. Such a pathetic team who talks sweet while selling and behaves abnormally after you become a customer!

Beware of False Promises – Poor Quality & Deceptive Practices I regret investing in Auro The Regent, as the sales team misled me about the quality of materials. They initially promised large, high-quality tiles, but the actual tiles used are of much lower grade than what was shown in the brochure. Additionally, the balcony glass showcased in the promotional materials is completely different from what was installed, further proving that they have compromised on quality. Moreover, they have provided only three passenger lifts for eight flats per floor, which is far below the standard when compared to other builders. This will likely cause major inconvenience to residents, especially during peak hours. It’s clear they are cutting corners and trying to save money at the expense of customers, which is highly unethical. If you are considering buying here, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and verifying the materials firsthand. Don’t fall for their false promises! I also visited Prestige Clairmont, where they were using the same tiles. When I asked if they planned to change them—since the tiles used in the bedrooms and hall looked like an outdated model—they said they are indeed changing them due to lot of customer complaints about tiles. At least that company is listening to feedback and modifying things according to customer expectations. Unfortunately, Auro seems unwilling to listen to customers and is more focused on maximizing profits, even if it means compromising on quality. Spending over ₹2 crore for Phase 2, and they are providing small tiles in the hall and bedrooms — that's a big no for Auro The Regent project. I got trapped by the sales team into investing in Auro Regent. They misled me by claiming that there are significant differences between Phase 1 and Phase 2, and that Phase 2 would offer superior quality. Specifically, they mentioned that large tiles would be provided in Phase 2. However, in reality, both Phase 1 and Phase 2 are the same in terms of construction quality and tile size. This is highly disappointing and deceptive.

I booked a flat in Regent in February 2022 and cleared 95% of the payment by June 2023. Yet, as of July 2025, I have not been allowed to visit the flat. The CRM team claims I can visit in Sept'25, since my flat is on the top floor(apparently they’re allowing visits sequentially from the ground floor upwards). Meanwhile, several fellow buyers have already registered their flats, and some have even received handover. As for the society itself, many promises were made during the sales phase, but the quality has been compromised across the board. To highlight just a few issues: 1) The quality of tiles in common areas, corridors, is substandard. There are no safety grills in the corridors—unlike in communities such as Aparna or My Home. 2) Only three small passenger lifts are available for a 39-floor tower, which is far below what is expected in a decent high-rise community. Imagine, during peak hours of morning, waiting forever to get out of your building! 3) Seepage issues have been reported in several flats even before handover. 4) The CRM team's communication is poor and often misleading. They avoid giving direct answers and instead offer vague responses. I know it is a standard complaint in any service based business, but Auro CRM team took that to next level. 5) Promised to handover in Q3 2024 itself, but got delayed by over an year. This means opportunity cost of ~6 lakhs renting in other flat meanwhile, all the while paying EMI's to banks. Auro Realty tried to market this as a premium development, but residents know the ground reality—it’s far from premium. Many are hesitant to post honest feedback publicly for fear it might affect the project’s market value. I used to feel the same way, but I’ve come to realize that unless a few of us speak up, Auro will continue this pattern of negligence in future projects. Shockingly, the team even claims that only a handful of buyers are dissatisfied, while the majority are happy. Unfortunately, most people are only venting in WhatsApp groups rather than sharing their experiences openly.
