I bought a Flat at Candeur Lakescapes in September 2023. Our first visit to the office wasn’t the best experience, but we decided to give it another shot — and I’m glad we did. The second visit was much better, with the sales team giving us a clear and detailed walkthrough of the project. That helped build confidence, and we went ahead with the booking. So far, the experience has been positive. As promised, the project is progressing well ahead of schedule, and the CRM team shares regular monthly updates, which helps us stay informed. It’s reassuring to see that they seem committed to delivering on their timeline and quality promises. Having visited Candeur 40 earlier, I felt the finishing there didn’t quite meet the luxury standards I expected — so I’m hopeful Lakescapes will deliver a better, more premium experience, especially with how the project is shaping up. Excited to see how it turns out. Fingers crossed it lives up to the vision they’ve shared!
