Don't book your plots here if you might need a refund due to change of plans or emergency situations. They say it is fully refundable. But they either delay the refund or won't refund at all. I booked a plot in one of their projects and then requested for a refund due to a sudden emergency. Neither the sales person under whom I booked the plot, nor the manager to whom I gave the refund letter nor the head office is taking any responsibility to update me on the refund. It has been a month and I'm still waiting for them to respond properly to my calls and messages.

All legal documents were in order.The community here is peaceful and vibrant, with several houses already constructed and many families residing. Importantly, there are no polluting industries nearby. It’s a kid-friendly and serene environment—definitely worthwhile investment.
