We are interested in this property. However, a title document from 1979 is missing on EC. We asked for physical documents from that era but they stopped responding to calls after that. Something seems fishy. Without sorting this, all buyers could face similar situation like Casagrand Smarttown. Is there a buyers group we can verify this with?Update - the documents are indeed missing. They are sharing legal opinion and trying to assure buyers. This is some uncertainty whether someone will make a claim in future over the land. And could keep prospective resale buyers in doubt. Nonetheless, the rate is very attractive. The project is excellent. The location is serene and reasonably green. The location is excellent. It is close to OMR and ECR . It is a luxury premuim project. The progress so far is up to expectation. One of the better projects in shollinganallur.A big shout out to the sales team. Who were professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Deepan was excellent. I truly expected similar quality from the CRM (customer relationship management)team but they are pretty useless. They are employed "only for cash collection and nothing else" anything beyond they just are not of any use and any number of calls or emails they will never respond. It would be ideal to call them the Cash Receiving Machine and nothing beyond. Some of the staffs in the CRM team JUST DO NOT respond on time. It can be frustrating. I also noted that the same response it given to all queries and criticism. No personal touch.

Sales Team: Mr. Ajay Kumar & Mr. Madhan provided excellent support, explained all our queries and was very transparent about the project. They informed all the pros and cons and booking went smoothly.CRM: As usual it is difficult to reach them if you have any queries. If you are getting a call from CRM, it only means that the next payment schedule has arrived. No Queries will be addressed.Cloud 9: Located on Main road provides access to all our daily needs without any hassle. Designed spaciously. Need to check the final output.

The Sales head told me he is very transparent, but was unwilling to share the price list with me 🤔. Also, I got a feeling they weren’t telling me the truth about availability and were trying to coerce me into paying booking amount, I like the Floor Villa plan very much, but not when these people are around though!
