No visitor parking – all sold to residents. Lifts are often down or not in sync. Clubhouse rules change without notice – even kids aren’t allowed now. Bribe was expected during registration. Phase 3 construction blocked ventilation for earlier residents. Stray dogs roam freely, and security is handled by elderly guards. Maintenance charges are high but service is poor. I strongly advise others not to waste your hard-earned money by investing here.

I would not recommend for the below reasons. 1. Maintainance cost high 3.15₹ per sqft without clubhouse whereas 2.75₹ incl clubhouse in nearby gated community. 2. Service for the maintenance cost is poor especially security ( most of them 70+ and can't even walk), dog menace ( chews off people bike seat, street dogs poops everywhere inside apartment, chases sometimes) and poor osr maintainance. Snakes dogs - complete mess 3. Lots and lots and lots of mosquitoes due to open canal. Approaching roads r pathetic. 4. Lifts are scary rides. . Mantrap happens often in phase 2 almost all week. Not sure when this will turn fatal.. 5. Club house maintenance is poor. Half the time a facility is closed. AC does not work sometimes. Only for 4 years it is free After that u have to pay each time. Also if you want in 6th year u have to pay for 5th too. ( even if it is after 5th year u wannu avail) 6. No visitor parking. For an apartment with 1000 families if there is no visitor parking where will they park. The road in front is common road and cannot be occupied for visitors parking. 7. Mivan - u can change Or customize nothing 8. Approach road if it becomes common life will become pathetic... 8. No walk area for Navins ppl except the common park which is poorly maintained and snakes roam around 9. Navins control maintenance and not handing it over

Pls talk to anyone of genuine owners of phase 2 to know the excruciating pain they suffer with maintenance ( lack of)...freely roaming street dogs, useless lifts and poor security guards who are clueless what to do .I really fell for the structure but living in community like this requires efficient maintenance.. Ask sales to get yourself added to telegram group for phase 2 to just observe..

Club house : most of the amenities are under maintainance all the time. For this month it is swimming pool. Galaxy cinemas does not have network. AC had been a huge problem earlier. When they deny services for few months in a year they have to extend accordingly. But they don't. Also it is not life time only for 4 years. If in 6th year you have to renew you have to pay for both 5th and 6th year, how ridiculous!!! Government should bring better norms for these kind of scam.

We shifted into our new home at Starwood Towers 3.0 recently, and what we saw during the site visit is exactly what we got. The interiors are finished well, lifts work smoothly, and the entire block feels premium. Our flat faces the central courtyard, so mornings feel calm and breezy. It’s been a solid experience so far!

I work nearby and Starwood Towers 3.0 cuts my commute time in half. The amenities are clean and the gym is already functional. I feel safe at all hours, with staff always around and entry points well-managed. As someone who lives alone, this place ticks all the right boxes for me.
