Did a site visit last month and the layout is shaping up nicely. Of course, you can’t judge a project fully before it’s done, but the transparency and responsiveness from the team makes a difference. Hope it continues this way.

Most of the places I saw were either too cramped or too far. This one felt balanced. Schools, hospitals, connectivity, it’s all manageable. And the planned amenities feel genuinely useful for both kids and older parents. I am following this project closely now.

So many buildings in the city look the same. But Parkwest 2.0 seems to bring a different energy. It feels more like a lifestyle space than just an apartment block. It's the kind of place where you could build a routine and feel grounded.

This comment updated on 9/9/2025 Purchased in 2022 and registration STILL not done. • Builder forcing buyers to pay property tax but refusing to complete registration. • Sales office is non-transparent, manipulative, and no support for any issues, they always say server down, system issue, govt issue etc • Handover given without completion – lifts, services, and facilities still incomplete. No security, no payment to labours, oftentimes they will go for strike for payment dues • Instead of solving problems, builder is busy selling new flats and collecting money. • Residents of Maple Building 4 and others are suffering for years with no resolution. • This is gross negligence and betrayal of trust. • Buyers – do not fall for marketing gimmicks. Speak to existing residents before even thinking of investing. ——————————————————- Edited comment on 4/14/25 - this property on paper it’s called residential property, I have bought 2 bhk and in my front, I see people run commercial activities, I raised complaint multiple times but management is so poor they never take action, before buying this we should be aware of what’s happening here in this property. Very very poor management, outside looks fine but inside all craps. Construction quality is much better than other builders, I recently bought apartment here, yet to experience management and other pro/cons. Changing my review, on Sept 24. The above comment when I bought it, was in April/May. Please carefully before u take decision. I believed on my first look construction quality is better, we moved here in the month of June, after spending couple of months I can share my experience in Shapoorji flat, before buying plz check these! Major issue, I live in maple building 9th floor, I get hell lot of noise from 10th floor, people residing on 10th have kids, I get terrible noise until 12am night, neither I can concentrate on work nor I can sleep, this will cause when you have poor quality of construction, how you will get noise from upper or lower floor when they walk or dance!! This is unbelievable and unbearable!! I raised this concern but no use, have to live with it, it’s really terrible! Amenities, overall space all are okay and there many concerns like sometime water goes off, stray dog/ own dog pooping inside community and car parking area, etc! Editing this comment on March 11, 2025, almost close to an year we spent time here, gosh! Not sure how this life move here, this building has 31 floors, handed over this building in 2022, it was already delayed 2 years when then agreed to handover by 2020, we have 3 life and one lift still under construction, imagine almost everyday lift goes off, how 31 floor resident can claim stairs, we raised multiple time, but no action, in a week at lease 2-3days it goes off, u will have to wait for one lift, and there is a water issue as well not sure how to survive in summer, lot of stray dogs, no security, etc! For outside all looks good but when u live here u see many challenges which are basics
