--- Update Their team reverted with updates on the A) Schedule (Permissions should come through between Feb and May and confident of delivering by July 2027), and clarified doubts relating to: 1) Water - working on rainwater harvesting, 2) CDP road - there is a road and the land will be handed over, however they don't see it being used as the back portion of the land has a property and therefore a road cannot be built. They had sold it as landscaping, a document of which was shared with their sales and customer service team, 3) Electrical lines - on the outside of the property. 4) BBMP nala through property - There will be a cement pipe, retaining wall with appropriate treatment to prevent any leaks. Builder guarantee is as per agreement. ------ I've bought a flat and have found it extremely difficult to coordinate and get information from their team.
