I'm writing this review as a warning to others stay away from CasaGrand Highclere and their utterly incompetent customer service! I booked a flat at their Highclere project, paying an advance of Rs 100,000 on June 8, 2025. However, due to personal reasons, I had to cancel the booking and request a refund on June 12, 2025. The person in charge, Ravindran, assured me that I'd receive the refund within 3weeks But guess what? It took a whopping 3 months for me to get my money back, with ZERO updates or communication from Ravindran or the customer support team. The refund was finally received on September 11, 2025. The lack of responsibility and professionalism displayed by Ravindran and the entire Casa Grand team is appalling. No apologies, no explanations, no courtesy calls - nothing! It's clear that they don't value their customers' time or money. I'll never recommend CasaGrand to anyone. Their customer service is a joke, and their employees seem to be above accountability. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your housing needs. If you're considering booking with CasaGrand think twice. Their customer service is non-existent, and you might end up like me - frustrated.

Casagrand – Worst Experience of My Life! I booked a flat at Casagrand Utopia in Aug 2020 with a promised delivery in Aug 2022. It’s now Sept 2025 – 5 years later – and I still don’t have my flat. Casagrand has a manipulative payment plan. I paid 90–95% of the total amount by mid-2023, but they keep delaying registration and handover. Their excuse? A so-called “registration issue” with the new government guideline value. The fact is – the value is final, and I’m ready to register. Clearly, they’re just buying time. They’ve already taken RERA extensions (till Sept 2024) by blaming COVID and Metro work, but these are just tactics to escape accountability. Meanwhile, buyers like me are left in financial stress, unable to even show capital gains reinvestment for tax purposes. Customer service is unhelpful, negative reviews are deleted, and they run a PR machine to hide the truth. But the reality is simple: Casagrand does not respect its buyers. 👉 My honest advice – stay away from Casagrand. Don’t fall for their ads and promises. Even a small, known local builder will deliver more reliably than these corporate cheats.
