The location is excellent—close to Grace Super Market, the neat Gerugambakkam bus stand, and surrounded by independent houses. As a newly started project, I understand the building will be finished by October 2027. The price and overall location are nice, with Kundrathur just 5 km away, DMart 4 km, Porur Metro at 4 km, and Ramachandra Hospital 6 km.

However, during peak hours, Kundrathur Road gets very rushy, though I hear it may be extended next year. 2BHK starts at ₹81 L and 3BHK starts at ₹91 L + GST.
