A Wonderful Experience with Sumadhura Pramoda! The project impresses with its strategic location, excellent connectivity, and thoughtful design that combines both comfort and functionality. The construction quality is top-notch, and the amenities offered are beyond expectations, ensuring a high standard of living. The presales team scheduled my site visit, but upon reaching the office, there was no sales representative available to show the model house or explain the project details. It was a disappointing and unprofessional experience for an interested prospective buyer.

Don’t go with this builder. They will call you continuous back to back & behave like that they are supporting you & tracking & keep updating you. Post paying advance or booking among, If you cancel for any reason then they will start showing real face by purposefully making delay in payment, Weill not shown in interest for your call. They will tell you go to their head office to collect cheque etc. They will least bother about customer. Post experiencing this that I’m feeling that I took good secession by cancelling the project. So please careful before going to this project. Finally I got my money with continue call & follow up…So tired with this builder

Sumadhura pramoda is a perfect residential project which owns potential to be high class community in Mysore road. Relatively, I would put this project at a high rate due to available connectivity, thoughtful design of whole project, superior construction quality, class amanuties. The sales team is very impressive. Especially, Mr. Nagesh who is very professional and patient. He addressed all of our dobuts and queries very openly with clear answers. We thank him for his time. We are very much happy to be Sumadhura pramoda's family.

I had the opportunity to visit Sumadhura Pramoda on Mysore Road, and I must say it’s a very impressive project. The location is excellent, with easy connectivity just around 700 meters from Jnanabharathi metro station, which makes commuting to different parts of the city very convenient. The society is thoughtfully planned with well-designed layouts and modern amenities, making it a comfortable choice for both families and investors. Another highlight is the competitive pricing, which offers great value compared to many other projects in the same vicinity. A special mention to Shubham and Nagesh, who explained the amenities and project details very clearly and patiently. Their professionalism and guidance made the entire experience smooth and informative. Overall, Sumadhura Pramoda combines location advantage, smart planning, and value pricing, making it a project worth considering for anyone looking at Mysore Road.
