They demand too much (27k/sqft) compare to local resedential (16k/sqft) housing board approved plots. It also located near the Otteri Nalla sewage line. The nearby VGN plots behind VR mall itself quote around 20k/sqft. Not sure why this much they hiked price here? Not worth for money!
