They are very cooperative, attentive and patient throught until I confirm the purchase of the plots. They gave us some ample time for legal check and waited for my confirmation. No push or rush from their end in selling the plots. Everything seemed to be transparent and are very polite in responding to legal queries. Plots will be registered on the first come first serve basis (until we step out from purchasing). All we need to do is to book the plot with booking advance, get parent document copies, check legal and proceed with loan and registration.
