A Discount Coupon is a special Offer that you get when you decide to book a home. These discount coupons will give you a 1 to 3 % Discount on the Base Price of your property and is determined by the Builder.
Select the project you want to book in, click on the Download Discount Coupon button, fill in the profile form that pops up, and press enter. Within a few minutes an encrypted message will be sent to your Mobile & Email.
The Discount Coupon is only applicable on the BASE PRICE of your property and cannot be clubbed with any other offers.
To activate and redeem the Coupon, just visit the project Sales team, click on the Coupon link and enter the email ID of the Sales Person who is attending to you. The coupon will be immediately activated and you will be able to show it to the Sales team and avail the discount.
Yes all Discount Coupons will expire after 15 days from the day of download.

If this happens kindly dial the mobile number of the Builder’s Sales Head, who’s number will be in the Discount Coupon under the title ‘APPROVED BY’ and speak with them. Yes only ONE discount Coupon can be downloaded per project with each Login. You can however download Discount Coupons for different projects without any limitation.
If you cancel your booking your money will be returned, minus the applied discount amount and based on the Builder’s Refund policy.
You will not be able to write a review for a project that is not listed on our site. You can instead request our team to list that particular project and we will gladly oblige.
The HomeReviewz team does NOT rate or review properties or builders. That is exclusively done by verified customers who can share their personal views about each project.
Overall Review numbers are a simple aggregate of HomeReviewz customer rating and Google Customer rating for that particular project.
