I bought this apartment last year June Sale person tell that we complete on July 2024 but till date they didn’t complete.. And no response builders side and engineer side ,building have too much cracks,apartment quality is too bad Jain builders don’t promote this kind of low quality apartments… Worst service from your side….

Beautiful property and an excellent location. Construction wise, looks elegant and strong. Very good support from the builder side also from their customer service - Mr. Amjad. Sales side, Mr. Sreenath helped us to understand more in detail about the property and convinced us to buy the apartment 😄 . Overall we are very happy 😊 . Request the builder to keep up their quality construction and reputation in future also.

Property is at prime location and it is just 15nmins from airport 10 minutes from guindy clover bridge. It is near IPS colony so security is also better than most. Must go for this property if you decuded tonstay in chennai
