There are many things why i liked the project such as open space is 85%, all the room configurations are spacious, location wise also this is very good as you can connect main IT hubs.Also its situated opposite of Gunjur lake which make this area low density. Also the internal plan and amenities are good. The price wise also its not very high. Many good schools also nearby areas. Sales person Manjunath helped whenever we needed . We hope Abhee Aaria will be delivered on time with the good quality as they promised.

I had a very positive experience while visiting the property. The overall planning, amenities, and presentation were impressive, and I felt the project offered great value. A special mention to Manjunath, the sales person who assisted us. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Best experience i have visited in Abhee venture

- The project looks promising and visually appealing, but there are doubts about whether the builder can deliver on their promises. - Pricing is extremely high - over ₹11,000 per sq. ft. - which feels excessive for a newly launched project and Possession is expected to take at least four years. - This is Abhee’s first large-scale project, raising concerns about execution capability. Builder claims possession by September 2028, but RERA lists the completion date as May 2031, indicating a significant gap. - Around 80% of the units are already sold, so the chances of getting the unit you prefer are very low. Considering the above points, visiting the property may end up being a waste of time.
