Pricing was fair compared to the fact that it has a premium feel and specs. Numbers are pretty well planned, Like the size of the rest rooms and all rooms in general are very spacious. They have a unique brick facing design, which made me go for them and also ventilation is pretty good.

It's a boutique themed project where every unit is distinctly different, which I found interesting. Also this residential project is a fine balance between privacy and gated community. Unlike large societies , they have just 17 units and we are looking to move in by December of this year.

Located close to Sai Baba temple. Like the specs and must say it makes a great project if you are looking for a micro gated premium one inside Chennai in Mogappair. Also 10 mins away from CMBT metro.
