Irecently visited the sales office to explore buying a flat. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory.The sales office ambience was quite poor, and I even noticed a fly inside, which raises concerns about basic hygiene and maintenance.The overall environment did not feel welcoming or professional.Additionally, I noticed that the prices have been hiking significantly, which makes it less appealing compared to the overall experience provideddepending on the tone you want (like more polite, straightforward, or a bit stronger)?Just tell me!
