Please reconsider if you are planning to invest in Concorde projects. Until you make payment they show one face then immediately all those faces go away and real faces come in front which you will not like at all. Don't get stuck like us. Review 2: From the moment Pavan left Concorde there has been a lack of interest from Concorde to resolve any issues related to construction. As marketing head Pavan promised something but in reality their backend team is very ignorant and breaking many promises. It is very sad state that they call themselves Tier1 builders and start behaving like Tier3 local/small builders and CRM tech is ignoring any calls from customer. They delay the response and wait for mistakes to happen and don't even accept mistakes later. Their Architect/design team is really not upto the mark and worse than local Architects. They assume themselves something without even consulting customer if there are ambiguities in design phase. Based on all personal experience. I am starting to get a feeling that I choose wrong builder. I will write another review based on whether issues will get resolved or not. Review 1: Good professionalism by executives Pradeep and Pavan. Property is worth buying although slightly on higher side and assuming 4 laning of Dommasandra Chandapura road is completed by handover. Need to wait for completion of model villa to review on quality of construction.

The villas are quite exquisite and niche acquiring. The location is very peaceful and free from all urban rush. I would advice and love to hustle one of such villa in future. Excellent perspective to TP.

Worst fake bulider

Unfortunately I bought one of the Villa unit in Abode99 2 years back . I would request Mr. Sridhar Volechari , Kranti Alladi , Ajaz Ahmed to address this issue . As a resident who has fulfilled 80% of the payment for our property, I have repeatedly faced challenges in accessing the construction site. My family and I have been consistently denied entry by security personnel and members of your team, which has left us feeling frustrated and undervalued as clients who are committed to the project. Moreover, during a recent interaction, I encountered unprofessional behavior from your team members. Such conduct is concerning and does not align with the standards of professionalism that one would expect from your organization. I feel it is essential for these issues to be addressed to maintain trust and satisfaction among your residents.
