Here's a breakdown of the key points from my detailed study on the MVN Aero One property: Location and Radiation Concerns Proximity to Bangalore Airport (KIAB): The property is located parallel to Runway 27 R. Aircrafts in this area turn on their weather radar before line up, leading to high radiation levels. Radiation Levels: Personal measurements indicate radiation levels are 50 times higher than those from telecom towers. High-frequency, non-ionizing radiation from aircraft weather radar poses a risk of cellular damage.( you can google it for details related to health hazard) Similar radiation levels have been observed at nearby properties like Brigade Ivory and portion of Juniper. Property Features and Quality Building and Amenities: Described as luxurious by MVN, but several shortcomings noted: Small elevator size . Dark and poorly ventilated verandas between flats. Limited view options: South-facing balconies have views of the airport. Other balconies face fields, with potential future construction affecting the view. Compromised small balconies fit to dry cloths. Additional Costs: MVN charges approximately Rs 200/- per sqft for panoramic glass windows. No Amenities in 6th phase tower ,for which they are charging Rs 250,000/-.( you will have to cross a road and go to the front tower terrace to use the facilities according to the sales man ) Specific Concerns with the 6th Phase Parking and Isolation: No underground parking for the newly launched 6th phase. The 6th phase tower is isolated from the previous towers by a bypass road. Legal Issues: The 6th phase building is reportedly under litigation. It's crucial to verify the legal status of the property before proceeding. Conclusion: I would not put my hard-earned money in 6th phase of Aero-One. BEWARE of this project better shell some extra money into some A grade developer than paying EMI without home. Please do your research .

Absolutely unprofessional and misleading. The sales executive clearly confirmed over calls and chats that a ready-to-move-in flat of our desired configuration was available. Based on his word, we traveled nearly 2 hours from Sarjapur. Once there, he wasted 3 more hours showing us smaller units and amenities — only to admit at the end that the flat we wanted wasn’t available and would take another year to complete. This was a clear case of bait-and-switch. Our time was completely wasted, and we felt cheated. Avoid if you value honest communication.
