New project.... Likely to deliver from August 2024...this was what they telling eariar when raise final demand in Feb 2024...now feeling cheated..CRM raise demand without carring other mandetry requirment for Final OC or transfer of land in the name of Godrej from Karnataka Ind Dev Authority...they continue yo use club house as sales office for sale of phase 1,2 and than 3 till Nov 2024...now saying that club house and other amenities are be functional for OC, transfer for land to Builder, only after that they can apply fot e khata in the name of buyers ,only than they can possesion afer registration. So much pending work amd formalities. My booking was in 20:80 scheem, paid rs 5 lac in lieu of Bank interest for construction period. They raise demand in Feb 2024 with promise to deliver in August 2024. ButNow they are referring RERA date for possession . Only God knows how much time they needed for for offer actual possession.Feeling cheated by project managment team of a so reputed Business House Godrej who owns 25% of Mumbai Total land. Central team oF Godrej to look into the matter so as to control further reputation damage ...refund Bank intrest of unauthorized demand where already paid intrest upfront to Godrej at the time of Booking in May 2022.

Very Bad Experience with Mr Pratik.He is a sales person in Godrej Ananda. He is just misleading the customer on price. I had given soft copy cheque to book the unit and received a X amount cost sheet from a lady who is adifferent sales person. One day Mr Pratik called and said I can give 10L discount instantly, I was very happy and bit surprised also that how come he can give such a big discount suddenly. Today he is telling that it’s not possible. And He is giving a reason which doesn’t make sense. This shows the quality of sales representatives who is playing with customer trust.Though Godrej is a good brand but this kind of false commitment damages customer trust’s. I can’t trust a builder whose sales person is not honest. It’s a big investment for everyone and hard earned money too. Today they denied on price part , later they may say anything about possession date, amenities, etc ..Be careful guys and always talk to right person.
