We are extremely disappointed with the false commitments made by your team. Because of the delays and lack of transparency, the registration and associated costs have increased for us significantly. This additional financial burden is purely due to your mismanagement and fake assurances. We expect accountability and corrective action from your end. I request everyone not buy property from this builder

Disgusting brand, the project has been under construction for 5 years and its only 60% complete and the marketing and civil staff have no sense of professional ethics. Even the location is so bad having drain a 50' drain on 3 sides and a cemetery in the back of the apartment. The worst project, staff and brand Ive seen so far. Please look at google maps or visit the site if you think Im falsly accusing them.

Project started in the year 2022 April /May ,Pathetic commitment during the project launch it was told 18 months the project would be completed , Its been 3 yrs now looks like even this year the project wont be completed 90% of the money taken by the builder and the way current work progress at the property even this year it wont be completed CRM team is just nonsense don't pick up the call nor responds on email

It's just frustrating. I had sent multiple mail, messages, and calls. But no response. The 1st promised handover date was July 2024. Next was , Dec 2024 Next they said, Mar 2025. And now they are not responding to any mail or calls. They keep changing the POC CRM, and then they don't even inform us about the new CRM. The project might be good, but the behaviour and response from CRM is very frustrating. Not getting any update from the last 3-4 months, not able to contact them even if they picked, they will just say will revert back. CRM - Nirmala
