Worst Builders. I booked in Casa Aspire and as per agreement the project has to handover on Sep 25. But still now project is not started, when u enquired RM, themselves don’t know when they will start. So I went for cancellation for non starting project. I paid 30 lakhs on 2023. After 60 days my request and I have send 55 remainder mail as well, still now no response, they are threading for 20% refund charges as well. Only while booking, they will show the happy face, post that, no response from anyone. Proof enclosed. Don’t feel in trap

Pathetic experience. Not hopeful that the project will be delivered even after an year.*I dont know how this has 4.2 review. Urge people not to post positive reviews just because they are asking you to. If i have option i will give 0 or even negative stars.False promises: Purchased in Jan 2024, committed delivery by March 2025, but as of June 2025, not even the ground floor is complete. Agreement says Sept 2025, which they dismissed as “formality” — just another sales lie. Already paid 65%, with no real construction progress to show. Foundation was re-laid with zero transparency. Major quality concerns. No explanation or documentation provided.Pathetic Customer Service – Absolutely UnacceptableCRMs keep changing – 5 different CRMs in just 1.5 years. Every new person blames the old one. Pure mismanagement. No one takes responsibility. Escalations go nowhere. Everything is passed around like a hot potato. iCare is the most ironically named team – they absolutely DO NOT care. They never resolve anything, and their only job seems to be redirecting you back to the RM. What is even the point of this team?Relationship Managers and Support Staff – No AccountabilityRMs and CS staff don’t respond after 5 PM, and during the day they offer lame excuses like “in meetings.” Completely unavailable on weekends, despite being in a metro city where working professionals have time only on weekends. Worst of all, they ignore calls from your registered number, but pick up instantly when you call from a new number — shows intentional neglect and disrespect.Financial Damage to Buyers – A Serious WarningIf you are planning your life around the promised possession date — whether it’s for marriage, relocation, school admissions, or moving out of rented housing — this builder will completely derail your plans.You will be stuck paying EMIs for a house you can’t live in, while also possibly paying rent for your current place. They will not take ownership of the delay, nor compensate for it. Your financial planning will be hit hard, with zero clarity on when the flat will actually be handed over.

Visited this project in weekend. Good they have arranged cab to visit... Most of units are booked by casagrand employees. Most of reviews also provided by them.I have doubt here this was practise followed to showcase demand.. Since same with ELINOR project as well. Construction just started, would take atleast 2027+ for handover even though they say 2026.I could see intention to get booking amount 1lakh first even though we have not finalised anything yet. They are keen for IPO so pushing on sales..Chance for water logging during heavy rain?.Many recent project owners shown there frustration in quality and handover process in reviews.No ground water. Dependancy on lottery water is concern.

Many appreciate the projects proximity to IT parks and educational institutions noting easy access to daily hotels, restuarant and department stores. The community is also praised for its safety and the availability of amenities such as a gym and parking facilities
