Pros:One of the best things is the low density — only 4 flats per floor, which gives a lot more privacy and peaceAll units are corner flats, so there’s amazing natural light and ventilation throughout the day.The overall construction quality feels solid, and the interiors are finished well.Cons:Only common EV charging points are provided, not dedicated ones per parking slot — which may not be convenient in the long run.Similar to other My Home projects, certain details (like the temple) were not clearly confirmed upfront.

My Home Avali is a beautifully planned project with spacious homes and top-class amenities. The main attractions are its low density and being well-connected to IT hubs. All units have great layout with modern design. Definitely a great choice for both living and investment.
