It is not even pre sales. I got a call from this person called Ajay who spoke and gave details I asked for videos, emi facilities, society videos and I was told to wait for 4 days now just because a senior is in Bengaluru and is busy. I am baffled I mean is this how they treat customers even before pre sales? Is this how you create trust and the audacity the same guy Ajay called me after 3 days and started asking do you need any properties. I mean he did not even save or keep a record of my number, This is how they treat customers? Nonsense!
