I am a buyer & I confirm CRM experience is worst. For 2nd installment, CRM team shares a payment link over email first and shares an alternative link over WhatsApp message later. ( Bhumika Sharma) Messup: First Payment link points to GPL mobile app which has dark patterns and for a credit card transaction shows 0 fees. I go ahead and pay up only realising that 20k INR transaction charges were added. Unfortunately my OTP got autosubmitted and I couldn't check the final amount. Later understood the second link shared takes 0 transaction fees even with credit card. I complaint to CRM manager (Bhumika & Shilpi mukherjee) & even L2, but got no help from CRM or revenue team. Very bad experience with Godrej Properties Firstly the sales team said there will be a flyover on the railway tracks to give direct access to Godrej MSR City residents, the upon pressing them wth various regulations regarding Airport Metro Depot in the vicinity, they changed Flyover to Underpass. How can this huge site planning change overnight? I still didn't trust sales team, and asked for a written assurance about Underpass from VP level employee or Godrej Properties as proof of building commitment. They declined and asked me to go with verbal assurance with respect to new underpass. Unsatisfied, i decided to cancel my booking (5% paid, agreement not signed). The CSR team has gone quiet like a stone and no responsibility whatsoever about my refund ( been more than 3 months now) Very disappointed with Godrej Properties

Absolutely terrible experience with Godrej Properties. I never expected such unprofessional and unethical behavior from a brand I once trusted. I had booked an apartment at Godrej Barca MSR and later had to cancel it for personal reasons. I was clearly assured that my token amount of ₹50,000 would be refunded within a month. It’s now been over four months, and despite countless follow-ups and empty promises from the sales team, there has been no refund and no genuine intention to process it. What makes this worse is that I’m already an existing Godrej customer — still waiting for the delayed handover of another property. So this isn’t the first time I’ve felt let down. At this point, I feel cheated not once, but twice. I trusted the Godrej name for its reputation and values, but this experience has shattered that belief. No accountability, no transparency, and no respect for customers. I’ve now been pushed to consider legal action just to recover my own money. If this is how Godrej treats its loyal customers, I can only imagine the struggle new buyers will face. Think twice before trusting Godrej with your hard-earned money.

In August during Independence day week. I have visited MSR city twice and blocked a flat by paying an initial booking amount, until booking they talk like anything. Due to personal reasons I had withdrawn my plan with this MSR city project. I requested for my booking amount refund. It’s been two months passed now, no update or no re refund. And they said like for cancellation or refunds it will take 2months. Why the delay of 2 months for refunds. They collected my bank account and cancelled cheque for refund 2 months ago. Further No response to my calls also. This is really annoying and untrustful. Dear Godrej team, hope you are keeping the trust in public. If so, get this refund done ASAP.

The apartment location is good, nearby to the proximity of the airport and major national highway. Peaceful surrounding and lot of schools and colleges nearby. But the biggest disappointment is the "BBMP Dumpyard" which is really a big health concern. Every day you will get unbearable nasty smell of burning garbages which is not at all good for health. Just imagine, you invest huge amount of your hard earned money into the project and when you start living into the property, you will get the smell of burning garbages every single day. Hence, do not go for investment into this project and nearby surrounding projects as well, unless the Dumpyard is shifted out of residential area (which is not going to happen immediately or anytime soon) I repeat, don't invest in this project - Godrej MSR city.

The sales team is completely useless, and the CRM team is also starting to act up. It's minimum information that the customer should know that the flat belongs to Phase 2 without legal clearance.
