It is nearly 15 mins from ORR even in midnight,Dont know how they claim 5km from orr.Even in the morning 4am it is showing 14min ETA.

the pricing is like neopolis and gachibowli areas but locality is like jungle , soo remote it will take another 10 yrs for that area to be livable , i dont kno hw on earth are they quoting 4 cr and 5cr for their villas , they think using samantha’s name they can sell any thing and everything 🤨 their site is like in a forest and only one container box not even 1% of work is started . hats off to their confidence 🙌

Dear home seekers / investors, before you take that plunge of buying your next big ticket project in Casagrand, please visit their first ever project in Hyderabad Hanford, Mamidipally, Shamshabad, which was promised to be handed over by June 2025. Before you fall for their 3D models or brochures, ask educated questions about Hanford progress. Casagrand was fortunate to find many customers who paid 90% for their villas hoping that the builder will complete the project by 2025. However, the project is moving at snail's pace while Casagrand launching new projects left, right center.

DO NOT BUY - you will loose your mental peace. We bought our property with Casagrand Millennia Chennai which was supposed to be a 2022 handover. Sales team is all about false promises. CRM is irresponsible with no spine. No matter how much you chase for an update on handover of property, there is just no response and no actions taken. This is the same case with all their management teams. We are still waiting for our handover after 3 years of registration of the property
