Very bad builder. The cheap company. Visit their office, people are sitting on each other. They cancelled my son in law flat becauuse he asked question whcih they didn't answer. Now they have changed the building elevation etc to save cost. Poor infrastructure

I am an owner/resident of ASBL Spire, Kokapet. - The builder, Mr. Ajitesh, presents himself as a visionary but shows no conviction or commitment to customer satisfaction once the property is sold. - He speaks extensively about technology in construction and after‑sales service, including a 2‑year maintenance plan funded by buyers, but the execution is poor. - While ASBL uses good quality materials, there is insufficient quality control, leaving residents to bear the consequences later. - Recently, the builder has started promising a temple at every new project, with a grand inauguration at Spire. As a Hindu, I appreciate the gesture, but this feels like bling to attract buyers rather than genuine service delivery. - Major issues faced by residents include: - Electricity problems - Garbage management lapses - Poor security and facility management - Frequent elevator troubles despite being “high‑speed” - Monopolized ISP services, leaving residents with no choice - The builder and his teams (CRM, Sales, FM) are arrogant and dismissive, trained to give smooth but unhelpful answers. - A shocking example: when a senior citizen raised a water stagnation issue in his toilet, the builder’s response was, “Use a wiper and clean it after use.” - His team even has the audacity to push back against customers posting feedback on social media, claiming that residents are “degrading the value of our property ourselves.” - There is a complete lack of transparency and constant miscommunication, leading to a bad living experience for residents. - Many of the promised amenities are not provided, and the project does not deliver the so‑called luxury experience or any upgrade compared to a standalone apartment. - Overall, it feels like ASBL focuses more on showmanship to lure new buyers than on caring for existing residents. - Strong caution: Please think twice before investing your hard‑earned money here.
