As expected from Sobha, the design, layout, and quality of construction reflect premium standards. The project is inspired by New York’s Brooklyn vibe, with sleek architecture and well-planned amenities that stand out in the area. The location is quite strategic — close to Electronic City, NICE Road, and major IT hubs, making it ideal for professionals. The township offers a good mix of open spaces, greenery, and modern facilities like a clubhouse, gym, pool, and walking tracks. The project focuses on lifestyle living while maintaining Sobha’s signature quality in materials and finish. One of the highlights is the overall township plan, which ensures well-ventilated apartments, excellent security, and a community-centric approach. Though still under development, Sobha’s track record assures timely delivery and quality execution. A promising option for both homebuyers and long-term investors.

I recently visited this property as per my discussion with one of Sobha's inside / web/ remote sales team member, who shared a quote for a 4BHK and provided all the details including apartment no and price. This location is 30 km away from our place and she advised us to visit to understand the area and see the model flats. We traveled through all the traffic to reach the site and met one of the Sales staff there. The first statement was that they don’t have any apartments available; all are sold out, especially the 4 BHKs. Just think about it: we were provided with a quote, asked to visit the site and when we arrived, there were no units available. I met another senior salesperson there, her name is Sophix. The level of arrogance was so high that you would never want to visit a Sobha property again. The Sobha brand is strong, but the arrogance of one or two individuals can spoil the entire brand image, creating a truly pathetic state of affairs. I hope Sobha will see this message and take action to improve the experience.
