I visited the project site, the sales team was friendly, the location is prime, even the build quality is good, and it appears to be a solid investment opportunity.

It’s overpriced. As per the construction quality, location and placement of amenities. Don’t go for it.

After conducting a legal check with a third-party, we found everything to be in order. Its been almost a year we bought a flat in this upcoming project and so far it has been an awsome experience with respect to timely update and great pace in construction. The location and proximity of hospitals, schools and metro station is the best part. Hope they deliver on the said timeline.

New project coming up in Kanmangala and first project by the Platinum Narya group in Whitefield area. I made a purchase in this project and I must say very good support was provided by the sales team and especially Vikhyat Rao in clarifying all my queries on this project and giving all the details and documents required to make a purchase decision. Also, the sales team arranged a site visit for other projects (Platinum Gardenia) and it was very well done and handed over to the buyers.In my opinion, Platinum East Wood has good location and proximity to good schools, bus stand and botanical garden and with all the amenities planned inside the project, it will definitely add value.Looking forward to the project's progress and completion on time.

Visited property today. Met Vikhyat who is amazing sales man. Customer is treated with respect. Floorplan is also good and their flexible approach is really good.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the level professionalism and readiness of the sales team here at Platinum East Woods. Mr.Raghu,Mr.Vikhyat and Mr. Prakash always kept the discussion honest and transparent whether it has been our pricing needs, vastu requirements or even slight Modifications to aide our needs. Unfortunately, i had to cut short my journey with them due to personal challenges but i would strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a home in this area.

I have purchased a flat here, my experience with the sales team is very good. Floor plan is good with one side having Mini Lalbagh view. Rates were less compared to other builders as it was in its launching stage. Only con is they dont have a model unit yet but we have taken effort to visit their previous projects which were good and upto standard. Mahesh from sales team is very good person, he personally took care of the process starting from booking/ previous project visit/ agreement & time to time updates.
