Very good project for the investment All flats are having more space and vastu.

I am very disappointed that I have bought a flat in Abhee silicon shine. 1. All the bluffs, everything is bluff here. 2. Abhee took the maintenance charges from all the buyers while selling the flat now they deny to give maintenance. 3. All are worst quality There is no option to upload the videos and pics .. otherwise everyone would have exposed them

Invested in this property around 1.5 years back. It is under construction stage and is bit delayed as things stand. However, it is very appaling how many times the CRM team follows up for payments. They do not care about personal commitments, anything beyond their '7 days' period is liable to additional interest. Also, sometimes the demand receipts are off by few thousands. Still optimistic about this property but really annoyed with the CRM team.

I am looking for a flat and I got a call today from some agent about this project but seeing the reviews here about silicon, I am glad to read the owner's help to other buyers and frustration here, I am not going to be a part of this now.

I am extremely disappointed with Abhee Venture Pvt Ptd for failing to honor the promised 1-year maintenance for our property. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have ignored our concerns and refused to take responsibility for necessary repairs. This is a breach of trust and commitment to homebuyers. 1. Abhee promised for 1 year free maintenance and they have also charged for it. But now the builder is asking residents to pay the common area bill, garbage colleciton, water bill etc. 2. No Occupancy Certificate (OC): Builder is not responding. Every time time provide new dates for OC. Residents are frustrated with the builder's behavior. Quality construction is not just about delivering the property but also ensuring proper maintenance as promised. I had visited this project and was very much satisfied with their service as well as presentation. Luxurious apartment with great amenities.
