Communicate to the house owners thro general circular about appreciation of the flat price now, which will give them satisfaction, and enable them to communicate to the friends, relatives for buying flats in future from Urbanrise. Likewise inform about payment of property tax, as I did not receive any information (being tenant earlier, do not have idea for payment of property tax) and paid for 2 years, for the house occupied less than one year.
