Very disaapoing to see the size of the tiles used in bathrooms. Quality is not getting bette, it is getting worse. I was a bit disappointed with zenith but i was hoping this would be better but it is not.

Aparna is past . Just riding on past glory without innovation in design, usability...just greedy by doing backend integration and saving money but increasing the price for consumers... No doubt, it has become the wealthiest builder.But absolutely zero regards to customers and residents.Cost cutting at each and every space and same old design repeated everywhere.Better to look for aspiring builders who are bringing in Innovation and other considerations.Zenith is a sad story, after 2 years of handover, Aparna just added hospital benches for sofa which was shown in Publicity.APMS is just worst where the job is to say NO and absurd responses.If you ask me, I will never invest again in Aparna... Its not worth the money. Brand does not matter when quality is lost, trust is lost.

One of the best projects in Kollur- Thellapur area. Great location and amenities. Hopefully the project will be finished in the promised timeline. Anvita and RS Passura group are doing great job with marketing and promotions. They them selves want to promote as tier 1 construction company. Whether they can position themselves as one will be completely based on delivery of this project and Anvita Ivana. Looks like IVANA's construction is going according to timeline provided.
