We recently booked a duplex in the 1st phase of Provident Deansgate, and our experience so far has been excellent. The property is located on IVC Main Road, away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic, making it a peaceful yet well-connected location. The construction quality is impressive, and all the fittings are premium and branded – examples include Grohe, American Standard, Yale Smart Locks, and Schneider Electric. The project is well-planned across 13 acres of lush greenery with trees and landscaping all around, and it comes with ample amenities. The property is being developed in 3 phases, which gives it a spacious, community-driven feel. A special thanks to the Provident team, and especially Syed, who guided us throughout the process. He has been extremely supportive, always just a call away to address any query. Overall, we’re very happy with our decision. Vinayaka has been a great champion. He not only helps you understand the plan also guides you in detail for decision making. Provident has got good sales team.

Not a good experience. In first visit, sales team told me to choose a flat plan, saying that they have all the inventory available. When I visited again, they changed the statement like all other builders and try to sell me their 3rd class units near to STP and Generator with no green view. This tectic is very common now a days with every builder. Thank god, I have invested in a more worthy and class builder instead of Provident.
