Starting home look was nice and after few months. Home wall has cracked fully in many places and window lock is not working. And door lock is broken and I many times complained and no proper response. Toilet water leakage.

Quality builders with economical rate

The builder is Unprofessional, irresponsible, lots of Fake commitments, Twisted speech, liar and fully money motive..They focused only to impress the customers by their interior Design at first sight but inside the building all Low quality.. they focused to finish the building quickly within 2 to 3 months without even letting the walls to dry suddenly they started to do interior wood works becoz of the reason Fungus Poonjai and Pest Formed.. the same way they doing for all building..if u ready to pay their committed budget they'll treat like a king, if u refuse to pay over the budget they're started to show their Real face into Building quality like reducing materials, putting cheap quality materials, low importance, twisted speech and they guide their workers to do the work lethargically.. Investing our lifetime huge amount to buy a property, but their building quality and service is nothing.. we had a bad Experience with this builder.. Customers should stay in the property for life long with whole heartedly, that only real Appreciation that only will speak, but the builder failed in that they focusing only money..Hi "Sr Kdv" how much u get from this builder to write this Review..?? i think ur not a Customer, u also one of the member of Skm Promoters, they may told u to put this review by Wantedly mention my name and review to improve their business and hide their mistakes.. thanks ..

I have to say special thanks to Suresh Kumar sir for keeping up to the commitment and there is no deviation from the agreed terms, the quality of the house, painting and interiors simply awesome from the boomi Pooja till the handovers of keys trust is great and I would like to thanks for supporting us through out the journey.

First of all I Thank Full to God and SKM Builders. Because our heaven house is built by SKM Builders. We are selecting a good builder for built a house.Hi, Aishwarya Hema, you are a good writer. You are telling against the SKM builders. I think these mistakes from you only. In our phase two 15 houses are there, Nobody says any complaints to SKM Builders. I think you are the spy of any other builders. you says several complaints to SKM Builders. You tells all of them are gossip. You only damage your house and upload photo in future review. This is not good. SKM Builder works is good and super. After building works you are the responsibility of your house. In your terrace is it any waste things flow of water u remove it from rain water. Otherwise water is fully store in terrace, You telling likes Otham that can be seen in it.I enquiring all neighbours after that I paid advance to SKM Builders for construct building. Through one year SKM Builder works gives fully truth and efficient work. After construction of building, builder hand over the key we are the owner of that building. So full responsibility of that house is ours only, not Builders. After house warming, my family members also says all of them are good, plan, interior works, painting, quality tiles, plumbing and wiring materials etc etc.Chokepit and Septic tank not any complaint up to 60 years. Where ever we went to go any other Builders we didn't get the good finishing house work. Builder selected by my son only. My family also staying that house several months . There is nothing complaint in my house. Once again I thank full to SKM Builders.
