Unfortunately, this complex is located close to a garbage dump, which is not good at all.

I have purchased flat in Sobha Dream Garden last year. It was quoted 1.10 crore. Last Saturday I got the handover on 16th August. But next Monday(18th August) I got a WhatsApp message from a broker name Vicky. He was saying he got my number from some reference and telling that he came to know that I want to sale the flat. He said that flat rate is 1.05 crore right now. And this is the max he can offer. Later I saw that his real name is something else and he is from Shobha itself. After one year dealing with Sobha I am sure it is no different from other builders. They are very fraud in doing things. They will recommend you the finance NBFC's like Godrej which are having a very high insurance policy and they are themself a big fraud. The Sobha is doing fraud kind of business. I am attaching the screenshot as well. If you are messaging a customer hide your Sobha email id at least.

Sobha is known for its great construction quality, and this project is no exception. Phase 1 is just a year old, yet resale flats are already around ₹1.1 Cr. Phase 2 is still under construction. The gardens are well-maintained, and the Koi pond is their main highlight. Apartments are small, with a typical matchbox layout, and the prices are quite high for the size. Pros: Strong build quality, good gardens, trusted builder. Cons: Very small flats, expensive.
