Hi all, My personal advice and Experience in TVS, Before you decide anything whatever sales peoples are telling to you please get it in written document or recording it. Because Most of the false information which TVS sales peoples are providing. At the same at the end of the Handover time they will ask interest eventhough if you paid one month delay. This is against rera policy. Don't Believe the TVS Brand Name . Handover time please check each and everything in your flat or villa , Normally TVS won't allow to visit during the handover time of flat or Villa, because you have a chance to identify the issues so once you paid full amount they will handover the key . Once handover the key to you, then you have to beg each and everything eventhough u paid crores. STP water issues everywhere in TVS construction place. Water issue and Facility issues. Especially for Villa they will tell you its gated community while selling the place, but actual truth is all villas are not gated community this information TVS will tell while handover the villas. They will tell 5 years maintanence is free , but TVS will take amount from us when you see your full cost sheet. Please be careful don't see the brand , we are suffering because of beliving the Brand. Last 5 years the below concerns are not yet resolved and trying to escape and initiate the handover process to association. please i request everyone don't believe based on Brand.. nowadays this brand is cheap and cheat.......

TVS Emerald – A Brand That Fails on Trust, Transparency & Quality Our experience with TVS Emerald Aaranya has been deeply disappointing due to serious trust issues, lack of transparency, misleading sales tactics, and legal concerns. Key Issues Buyers Must Be Aware Of: 🔴 Not a Villa-Only Community (Misrepresentation) – Many Phase-1 and Phase-2 buyers were misled into believing the project was an exclusive villa community. However, they were not informed that apartments would later be built, directly overlooking their private villa spaces. 🔴 Quality & Construction Issues – Multiple homeowners have reported serious construction quality issues across other TVS Emerald projects (read the TVS Peninsula reviews). Additionally, requested modifications are often denied without justification. 🔴 Lack of Transparency & Accountability – Commitments made during sales discussions were later denied or changed, leading to frustration. Villa visits after 90% payment are denied, leaving customers uncertain about progress. 90% of the total cost is collected within the first few months, yet the handover takes nearly 2 years after that. This forces first-time home buyers to pay full EMIs and rent simultaneously, adding financial strain due to delays. 🔴 Misleading Sales Tactics – The sales team falsely claimed that only 1 or 2 units are left, but upon checking the RERA website, we found that out of 171 villas, only phase 1 and 2 had RERA approval at that time. We came to know later that Phase-3 had 17 villas yet to be launched, proving that customers were deliberately misled. 🔴 Legal & Compliance Issues – Buyers should thoroughly verify all RERA approvals and legal documents before investing. (a review in TVS Udyana states TVS did not provide necessary documents requested by customer's lawyer for legal verification) Final Advice for Buyers: Cross-check all claims on the RERA and other government website before trusting sales promises. Visit completed TVS Emerald projects and verify if commitments were honored (READ TVS Peninsula reviews!). Get all commitments in writing—verbal assurances mean nothing and sale agreement would always favor builder. Read them thoroughly before you sign. If privacy, exclusivity, and legal clarity matter to you, think twice before investing. A home is a lifelong investment, and buyers deserve honesty, quality, and accountability—things that TVS Emerald has failed to deliver.

Iam a privileged "soon to be owner" of TVS EMERALD LUXOR. From the very beginning, my dealings with the TVS group have been very pleasant. The staff are very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have had the privilege of dealing with Mr. Prem, the very 1st day I visited the site. His knowledge and polite, courteous nature impressed, both my elderly mother and myself. My consecutive interactions with him continue to be very pleasant. He is quick to respond and have found him to be very prompt in reverting back with suitable responses to my queries. Wish him and the TVS group many more successful ventures in the future.

WARNING: Know the Truth about TVS Builder. WARNING Bought a Villa trusting TVS was a big Builder. But as soon as Sale deed was Signed and CRM Stepped in, everything changed...absolutely horrible Customer treatment. Initially work seemed to go fast, but only until they hit the 80-90% milestone, and suck your money. After they get 90% of your money has been sucked,.. suddenly everything slows and they drag the remaining 10% development for 1-2 years. Ground breaking News: They have a Policy to NEVER EVER show you, your property till you have paid 100% of the amount. You have no idea on the construction quality or the finishing quality. Just have to blindly trust them.... Currently I am stuck in same situation,.. I am being BLACKMAILED by the CRM, that only way to see my own property even after paying 90+% of the amount is to fully pay 100% and ONLY then will be allowed the see my own property. This is so UNBELIEVABLE. They Absolutely DONT respect their Customer at all. Don't waste your Money in Pre-Booking at TVS on their Over Valued properties and wait for 3-4 years, use that 1-2 crores in Stock market or Saving account to see higher gains.
