I think it's totally a fake project and money scam, don't go for it, try any other good projects from other good company , I am waiting for more than 2 years still they saying it's under process all are fake , staff are very irresponsible persons only for booking they telling lies like 1 month , 2 bla bla

Do not waste your time and money with gsquare and this project. They will force you to pay the booking advance saying tomorrow price change will affect and next month is launch and ask you to pay by night. It was more than 7 months that I paid the advance. (in case anyone wants to know, the price is the same since last 1.5 years.) Once you transfer the money you are done, no one bothers to update you the status, it is courtesy to inform the customer if there is delay once in a month (least expectation) custom care won't exists, no one responds to your emails. Employees say we don't know when the government approves, how can we promise when the launch will be(remember before payment they promise project approval is almost done launch will be next month), and ask you to either wait for another 2 months or go for cancellation after 2 months and get your money in another 3 months... as if the customers are beggers.. Don't fall for the name/brand and advertising, they are not at all professional..

G Square is a Total Scam! I booked a plot with G Square and paid ₹1 lakh as advance in August 2024. I was told the site would be approved and documents ready by January 2025. It’s now mid-2025, and I’m still stuck in an endless loop of fake promises and lies.I see from the previous reviews people have been waiting from 2023. Every time I call, they simply push the timeline by “one more month” — next month it will be approved… next month you'll get the documents... and so on. This has been going on an endless loop. The sales guy assigned to me has absolutely no professionalism — he has zero courtesy to even update or respond unless you keep pestering them. This company is highly irresponsible, misleading, and unethical. They take your money, make false commitments, and then vanish. Don’t fall into their trap like I did. G Square should not be trusted with even a rupee of your hard-earned money.

We booked a plot in Feb 2024 and till date we have not received any communication on the status of approval or launch even after repeated follow up. I have even written to grievance@gsquarehousing.com but no response. The 3 star given is for the location. Other 2 may be added on receiving atleast a mail from gsquare.

Good project for future investment as many developments coming up in the surrounding area. But Gsquare should have planned club house with indoor amenities in this huge community as many plotted builders are offering this.This helps the customers living in the community for better lifestyle in future
