Only Casagrand can have such an unprofessional customer relationship team anywhere in this universe. Worst ppl to deal with. They are behind your money. They don't share the progress of the project. Simply demand money. All greedy ppl with 0 ethics. They have customer delight team who is worse than CRM. They respond like it is their last priority in life. Pathetic ppl. Beware of Casagrand Flamingo customer care team and relationship management team. Customer delight is another eye wash. Their response is at snail pace. Snail and tortoise are faster than customer delight and CRM response.

Fed up of this builder…the power in boulevard fluctuates atleast 20 times a day..you cant sleep peacefully..you cant use any of your devices because half the time the society is running on DG power. Their building quality is horrible The plaster is pealing off from everywhere no body is bothered. The walls are so delicate that the moment any item touches the entire plaster gets peeled off

From day one this has been a deeply disappointing and misleading experience. Over 100 days had passed since our booking and Casa Grand has failed to deliver on what was promised. We withdrew our booking immediately once it became clear they could not meet their own commitments. The problems included manipulative sales practices, bid swapping, false promises, misrepresentation of timelines, complete lack of accountability from senior staff, aggressive and rude behavior once we decided to cancel, and harassment from multiple teams despite documented cancellation. The CEO, senior management, and sales were all made aware of these issues. Instead of resolving them they allowed the evasions, delays, and harassment to continue. Even with multiple follow ups there is still no clarity on the refund we were promised within 25 days. I have the full paper trail including emails, WhatsApp chats, and call logs showing how this company operates. In my view this is not just unprofessional, it is unethical. Strongly advise anyone considering Casa Grand to proceed with extreme caution.

Sales team are liars of the highest order. When confronted, the senior manager said, and I quote "Why did you believe them ?? ". This is the level of honesty in the project. They have taken substantial booking money, and still not confirmed the Flat number. They are counting the payment schedule from the date we gave a token booking amount, and have not even reserved that flat for us. There have been so many lies in terms of the deal and the amenities as well. I would not trust them .

They are too overpriced in this locality, with all the outstanding issues in the other casagrand projects, now most of the people who booked earlier are trying to get refund even though there is price hike (which simply means they are in benifit) , RERA approval is still pending. Editing further : Dont ignore to read the 1 star rating and definitely 5 star are paid ones, as there cant be a customer who is completely satisfied while othrs are so disappointed, team is trying hard to bring the ratings up. In such a super luxurious locality if these guys are struggling with project, you can imagine the quality and commitment

Additional comment from the below comment, in my Agreement casagrand team highlighted that I will have italian marble in living and dining area but that is also they are denying now. ******************* Latest concern which I am facing and hence reducing the rating further: I’m facing a serious concern with the Casagrand team. There were several items that were mutually agreed upon and documented in the signed agreement at the time of the deal. Unfortunately, the team is now refusing to honor those commitments. During discussions with the modifications team, I discovered that certain items — which I have already paid for as per the agreement — are now being denied, and I'm being asked to pay extra for them. This is extremely disappointing, and I believe it is both unethical and unprofessional. These incidents have left me deeply concerned about whether the terms of the agreement will be honored going forward. I’m genuinely worried about the process until I receive possession of the property. I also wonder if others have faced similar issues with the builder or if this is an isolated case. I strongly advise prospective buyers to exercise great caution and conduct thorough due diligence before proceeding with any agreements. ***************** I’ve been holding back my thoughts for a while, but I can’t stay silent any longer. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been far below average. That said, I still hope the apartment will be delivered on time. The Relationship Manager (RM) team is shockingly unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy in dealing with customers. On several occasions, I’ve been threatened with consequences for raising legitimate concerns. To make matters worse, they are now refusing to let me inspect the materials being used in construction or even access the site. This lack of transparency makes me question whether there are issues with the building’s quality. Just mentioning on brochure won't win the trust of buyers. Can someone from Casgrand team, explain me why we can't inspect the site ? When it comes to payments, they are excessively aggressive. Delaying payments for any reason will result in relentless follow-ups, leaving you sleepless. On one occasion, I received a penalty for late payment, even though I had been disputing the incorrect (elevated) demand amount for weeks. Rather than addressing the issue, they penalized me further. Matter is getting resolved but someone can imagine the amount of tension I have to went through for weeks. Progress on the construction is painfully slow. Despite paying around 75% of the total amount, the ground floor of my apartment is still not completed. This is the main concern I am having at this moment. This might be concern for many other buyers. I urge casagrand to expedite the process and be transparent in their progress reports and construction quality. ****** update: thanks casagrand team for taking care of the issues I was facing during last few months, really appreciate it. ******
