Kudos to him for having great ethics. I had a small concern due to a misunderstanding but it was duly addressed in time. Shout out to Mr. Abhijit for patiently handing it and giving a satisfactory resolution. It'll be unfair not to mention Mr. Kishore's contribution. He was always available to address any doubts that I had and I really appreciate his professionalism. Talking about the property, it's very promising with some really good eco-friendly features and has all the amenities that one can hope for. We had visited CoEvolve Florenza over the weekend and we were very impressed with this project. Mr Chandan assisted us and was very patient from beginning. We loved the 3bhk model house we saw and they were very spacious and superbly planned for the price range.Only point of concern for us was its current location. But having seen multiple properties Florenza stands out for its eye for sustainability. Due to some personal reasons we decided to not go ahead but we got full refund within 2 days which no seller does!

Amenities are good. They have taken care of the environment and made the property very sustainable and environment friendly. Mr. Renu and Mr. Kishor are very cooperative and have provided in depth detail of the property.
