Zero ⭐️Genuine Buyer who paid advance 10% in July!Amit, Deep & Madan - They sold me a flat(F07) with all wrong floor plans and multiple sqft discrepancies, during due diligence in August is when I realised this, during this I also understood that the floor plans for same unit has changed 3 times. I had to highlight the discrepancies to them and the result?, They reduced the carpet area from the signed and agreed document and changed the entire floor plan and added unwanted land area and increased the total cost of the unit without editing the Super Built up, as per their first plan they even calculated Terrace as carpet area which is illegal as per RERA. I disagreed and they promised resolution, I requested for few changes to the unit since they were anyway making changes some of it were accommodated.Even after 5 months of back and forth they are unable to resolve this simple issue and they don’t even care to respond on emails. I am also registering a complaint with RERA and SEBI.If anyone is looking to buy property here, please don’t! I can connect over WhatsApp and give you all the proofs I have listed down above!May god help who bought F07 after it was canceled by us.
