Most of the reviews seem to be from the marketing agencies/ channel partners. Truly overpriced and overhyped. Plenty of plotted developments all around but no other significant improvements in infrastructure which can justify the price being charged.

I believe the approach road is only 8 meters wide. With so many other developments coming up, the road is likely to become congested once everything is operational. Has Prestige proposed any solution for this?
