No borewell at all in this project, dont trust on Radiance florest also, next to this. If sales team says 8 ,just ask them to show the borewell

The actual output of the villaments is nowhere near the show unit. There's absolutely nil cross ventilation due to congested setbacks and out of 3 bed rooms atleast 2 bed rooms would be dark, they don't receive proper lighting and ventilation. I felt like gonna live in a standalone flats as the floor plan spread is too small. You wouldn't get a feel a villament / penthouse at all. Paid Inr 2.2 Crs. At this price I could have bought a lavish 3bhk flat in Sobha / Prestige 1.5 Yrs back. Regret my decision to have booked this villament from Radiance. I feel the actual scale master plan vs on ground completed villaments doesn't give a plush feel. Because it's so congested you may even hear your neighbours talk from their living / bedrooms. You get more liveable area, but what's use if there's no proper lighting and ventilation

We recently purchased two units at Radiance Gardenia and couldn't be happier with our decision. Pathetic experience with the builder, very poorly planned and executed, Basic amenities like hot water pipes are missing in a flat that costs 2 CR. Save your money and go with a builder that gives better construction quality

We booked this property during the prelaunch phase, and the process has gone smoothly up until now. The construction is progressing at a good pace. However, our only concern has been the response regarding small modifications to the property. Although it’s still under construction, they seem unwilling to accommodate even minor changes. This lack of flexibility has been disappointing, especially since we had hoped to personalize certain aspects of the property.

The sales experience is good. Well one has to sell, so everything is beautiful. When it comes to handover and making small amends no person will answer your calls. Basic things like hot water in the handwash area in washrooms & kitchen isn't provided, the gas connection not provided, the model apartment shows Sink in the difference place, there is no water outlet in the lawn or the terrace area.... When raised concerns They talk amongst themselves in kannada. I wonder why ppl assume that just because we speak in English and hindi we don't talk kannada or any other language. Making all your customers write review right after sale doesn't really talk about o es experience throughout. If you think the location is awesome and sale went smoothly, let me warn you that are in for a ride with these ppl .
