Upate post model flat visit: The sanitary fittings in washroom is not upto Sumadhura's standard. Basic washbasins and Jaguar sanitary fittings are a big let down. Everything else is good but I don't know why did they do the cost cutting there. I think there is still time. Plz install Kohler/Tota etc. branded washroom fittings.🙏The entire booking experience was so smooth and a big thumbs up to Chiranjeevi from sales team who patiently explained all the details and even took me to visit the actual construction site. Location wise this is very close to the Airport and the upcoming metro station in Shamshabad. Also, the upcoming Forum mall will be just 3 kms from Sumadhura's Gardens by the Brook. I can see this part of the city buzzing in the next 3 years.

Review of booking and purchase experience: Professional Technical CRM and Financial CRM experience. All information was provided promptly and buyer-friendly timelines were established. Inhouse support in finding financial support was also helpful.Most items were non-negotiable but the Sales Manager Mr. Jagan was accomodative in wherever provisions could be made. Mr. Jagan also ensured to follow-up regularly about different stages of the booking process.Process Guidelines are clear and the agreement process was also clear. It has been a pleasure to work with a professional real estate company. Looking forward to the experience of receiving the property and registration process.I felt the fixed costs for common-use facilities were a bit too high, but I guess that is how it is in Hyderabad. It is yet to be seen whether the extra investment in facilities like club house and Swimming Pool will pay-off. I hope they do.

Experience here from first meeting until the sales agreement was seamless.
