I bought a plot here after being told that houses can be built immediately and the development is good. The layout looks fine, but there are still no nearby houses and the clubhouse is not yet constructed. It feels like a stuck or dead investment for now since there’s no clear timeline for when the clubhouse or other promised amenities will be completed. I genuinely hope Akshitha Infra speeds up the development so that residents can start living here soon.

Nice venture the developments have been completed as per promise. Experience buying plot with Akshita was also very smooth, plot selection,legal check, payment and registration was without any Hassel. Even post registration they have always been supportive, when we visited our plot to do some plantation they were available to help out. Really great 👍 customer experience interacting with Akshita. Also the plantation and gardens are very well maintained and beautiful hope ❤️ its maintained in a similar fashion for a longer period.
