Pathetic apartment in Coimbatore , 1.first there is a factory which will run 24x7 and it will give noise. 2. The factory iron black particles will flood your room clothes appliances and everything will get black 3. Other side there is coconut farm from Which insects will come 4. The people staying there have attitude as if they are living in premium apartments which they would have never seen in life annoying low class people 5. There will be constant bad smell near lift areas and outer areas 6. Salt water will be literal salt water it will spoil all your vessels and clothes 7. Never go to this apartment you wont have peaceful life Worst worst apartment in coimbatore locality people never go there

Pathetic experience from the building… power short circuit will spoil your electric appliances… salt water will spoil your clothes, skin diseases and always creates leak on sanitary like closets , pipes… specially, the Appartment I stayed is close to road where industry creates lots of noise and black powder like particles inside your room.. then dust pollution from neighbouring land, most of the times , construction and tiles works.. al together, it is a very pathetic place to live in…

I had a pathetic experience. I finalised a flat for rent and wanted to shift my things which had came from bangalore to Coimbatore. The container was suppose to reach the apartment before 8pm but due to traffic and other constraints it reached at 9pm. When we entered the apartment, so called secretary of the apartment did not allow us inside and he said, the rule is after 7pm no one is allowed to shift in or out. Nobody told about this rule which is absolutely their mistake. I went to that apparmtent for more than 5 times and met securities and manager. Several times I asked the manager about the rules and also I told him that container would reach in the evening but he did not utter a word about the timing to shift the things. When I told this to them, easily they told me that the manager is new and he don't know about the rules which sounds insane. When the own manager did not know about the rules I seriously could not understood how the new tenants would get to know the rules. Secondly, the secretary who did not allow us inside at 9pm was rude to the extreme. He treated us so badly without any humanity as if we went there to live for free. He literally treated us as if we are crimes and he is the God father of the apartment. Literally he said " GET OUT OF THE APARTMENT ELSE I HAVE TO CALL POLICE". How bad he is. We were fine to park the container and shift things in the morning but because of his dominant behavior we had to leave the apartment. It was 11pm we left the apartment with things and we suffered a lot to shift the things which incurred a huge loss for us. Association people should have some basic manners to treat tenant. I will never recommend this apartment to anyone. worst part is, they asked us to pay rs. 2000 non-refundable deposit just to shift my things inside the flat which would be done by the packers and movers not by the apartment people.
