My relatives live here... And the ambiance of this place is exceptional.... The service they provide is also really great... The fact tht all the kids have many things to do here is also a very good thing.... Soo in conclusion this place is amazing👍😍

Worst builder ever seen in my entire life. Before purchasing an RWD Waterfront apartment, make sure to visit the RWD apartments in Vanagaram. Even the Housing Board's constructions are better; these builders seem to be focused more on money than quality. It's been five years since this project started, and they still haven't handed it over to us. The engineers there are subpar—plumbing and electrical work are not up to standard. They claim to offer a premium experience, but nothing is truly premium. The sink in the kitchen, especially in the 3BHK units, is so small that it's not practical. None of the amenities are ready yet, and it might take another two years. Look at the Prestige building next door—they started and finished construction quickly within two years, and people have already moved in. Meanwhile, RWD is dragging their feet, and construction is still ongoing. Don’t fall into the same trap that I did. The staff in the admin office won’t give you proper answers. Before they collect the money, they will speak sweetly, but after that, they won’t even pick up your calls. If they do, they’ll give you the same repeated answers: “We’ll hand it over this month, next month,” but nothing happens. Don’t be fooled by the model house! It’s honestly the worst construction I’ve ever seen, and if you want to learn how not to run a business, just take a look at this. I really don’t understand how they can so blatantly take people’s money and deceive them without any shame. What’s the point of constructing something if it’s going to ruin other people’s lives like this? Do you guys prefer living in such a worst construction, these people has to be punished severely
