After seeing many properties in Bangalore we have finally saw this property, found it very neat, spacious, connected well to both well developed areas like Sarjapura and E-City, and many more pleasant features of this property. And La !!! we decided to go for it!!! Cant wait for it to finish construction and move there to experience the beautiful property. Ammenities plan looks promising, good wide roads between the rows of Villas. Office staff especially Joyal and Sowmya are throughly professional and Customers understanding. One possibly downside is that there is no Power backup to Villa units, its only for common area.

Excellent property in an upcoming locality. Good layout and a wonderful team. Got great support from Mr Joyal and Ms Apporva. The whole process was seamless, and they were quick in responses. Hope the experience continues to be so. Customisable internal layout which makes it even better suiting your requirements. Can’t customise tiles and sanitary fittings though. Another thing, I would recommend the management to consider a mini library, a golf putting area in one of the parks, a pet park, a fountain and a lily lake. Most of these are doable in current phase itself
