Totally disappointed and frustrated with the Sidharth Greenwoods project. We bought this flat looking at the flats that were built 10 years back by them which is the BIGGEST MISTAKE. All work is given to vendors and the customer who is buying the flat should oversee the work done by these vendors to get his or her flat ready. Not sure if this project is neglected because it is only of 39 flats but quality and customer service was worst. The appartment only looks nice outside but lots and lots of patchwork inside. 4 CRMs changed/quit and 4 to 5 site engineers quit within a matter of few months and we have to explain all the grevience all over again to the new person joining. Whoever is customer friendly are not supported by the Sidharth management. Experienced AC technicians and electricians are suprised with the construction and report they haven't seen worst planning like here. Installing even the ACs and exhaust fans were a nightmare. We took all the pain to manage to do some of the pending snag points ourselves at our own cost due to the poor response from the team to occupy the flat as we were running out of time. Those Sidharth team engineers can be seen only on the emails only to question but not available in the site to see the challenge the customer is facing. I think big or small project it should be delivered with quality. Overall I would say DON'T CONSIDER BUYING WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

The apartment looks good with more greenery around. Location also very quiet and pleasant. The construction done by Sidharth Housing Team is bad, they need to improve a lot. As I like the comedy scenes, lot of patch works done. Here comes the commitment to actual reality. During sales they will provide lot of amenities and facilities, but in real nothing has been provided. If you question then, why it has been not implemented?. They will simply say the plan has been changed and also it's not part of the agreement. So be aware of the agreement which you are signing. Ask the builder to mention each and everything in the agreement.
