Have purchased 1bhk deluxe in C block.. very poor construction Their account team makes you miserable life after booking They try to charge penalty for late payment even if you pay on time.. Have issues khata.. passage inbetween Club house, swimming pool...land belonging to public road... ..

Recently visited the property and met Mahesh from the sales team. He was professional, well mannered and supportive. All the amenities look good and the project looks a value for money investment. The only potential downside - is that the carpet area of the flats is on the lower side. However, the pricing is also in accordance with it.
